‘Tea’tails - Sparkling Peach Melba Iced Tea

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 50ml Peach Schnapps
  • 400ml Peach Iced Tea
  • 1 lemon
  • Mint sprig
  • 200ml Prosecco
  • Fresh raspberries & peach slices, to serve

    Place the ice cubes in the chilled teapot before pouring in the peach Schnapps.

    Add the iced tea and a couple of lemon slices and mint sprig before stirring all the ingredients together.

    Add 100ml Prosecco to each glass before topping up with the iced tea mix. Finish with a slice of peach and a couple of fresh raspberries.

    To keep your cocktails extra cool in the summer, place your teapot in the freezer for an hour before using.
