- 250g puff pastry
- 5 eggs
- 450ml spiced chai latte
- 450ml whole milk with 2 tablespoons spiced chai latte powder
- 30g caster sugar
- Fresh nutmeg, grated
- Icing sugar, to serve

1Preheat the oven 180 °C / Fan 160ºC / Gas Mark 4

2Roll out the puff pastry into a 24cm disc and then line the 3-ply Stainless Steel Sauté Pan with the pastry.

3Whisk together the eggs and chai latte or milk and chai powder in a bowl and then mix in the sugar.

4Sieve the liquid into the pastry case and grate the fresh nutmeg on top.

5Place in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the mixture is set on top but has a slight wobble.

6Leave to go cold and then remove from the pan. Dust with icing sugar to serve.

8To make a gluten-free tart, simply substitute the puff pastry for a ready-made gluten-free puff pastry.
