Warm Triple Chocolate Chip Pancake Tray Bake
The perfect weekend treat. Prepared in Le Creuset Ovenware, this decadent bake is best served hot straight out of the oven with fire-roasted marshmallows and generous scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 500g cake flour
  • 30ml baking powder
  • 65g castor sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 6 large free-range eggs separated
  • 500ml milk
  • 5ml vanilla essence
  • 100ml melted butter
  • 85g dark chocolate chips
  • 85g caramel chocolate chips
  • 85g white chocolate chips

    Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

    Grease the Le Creuset Ovenware Large Rectangular Roasting Tin (33x26cm).

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla.

    Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.

    Gently fold together to make a smooth batter, being careful not to over mix.

    Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the batter mixture. Lastly fold in the chocolate chips.

    Pour in the greased tin and bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

    Serve hot with fire-roasted marshmallows, melted chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
