Ingredients
- 500g cake flour
- 30ml baking powder
- 65g castor sugar
- 5g salt
- 6 large free-range eggs separated
- 500ml milk
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 100ml melted butter
- 85g dark chocolate chips
- 85g caramel chocolate chips
- 85g white chocolate chips

Method

1Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

2Grease the Le Creuset Ovenware Large Rectangular Roasting Tin (33x26cm).

3Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

4In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla.

5Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.

6Gently fold together to make a smooth batter, being careful not to over mix.

7Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the batter mixture. Lastly fold in the chocolate chips.

8Pour in the greased tin and bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

9Serve hot with fire-roasted marshmallows, melted chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
