Ingredients
- 200g ready-made pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons tomato pesto or pizza sauce
- ½ ball burrata
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Olive oil to drizzle

Method

1Preheat the oven to 190°C fan assisted / 210°C / Gas Mark 7.

2On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 26cm x 20cm oblong shape.

3Place the dough on the Baking Tray – do not grease or line.

4Spread the red pesto or pizza sauce over the base, leaving a 1cm border uncovered all the way around. Tear the burrata into pieces and place over the pesto or sauce.

5prinkle with oregano and leave to prove for 30 minutes.

6Place in the hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is a deep golden.

7Remove the pizza from the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and cut into squares.
