One-Pot Mac and Cheese
Using pantry essentials, this all-time favourite is quick to make for lunch or supper in one pan with minimal washing up – it could not be easier.

  • 200g quick cook macaroni
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 500ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Place the Deep Frying Pan over medium heat.

    Place the macaroni, parsley, milk, mustard, and cheese in the pan and stir.

    Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly, until the macaroni is cooked and the sauce has thickened.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    For a crunchy top, place the cooked Mac and Cheese under a hot grill in the Frying Pan until golden brown. The Frying Pan must be 5cm from the grill.
